Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Hubit platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by Nigerian law.

Who can use Hubit

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Nigerian law. By using Hubit you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you register.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@hubit.africa if you suspect unauthorised access. Cosmostack LTD. is not liable for losses from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

Subscription and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in Naira (₦) via Paystack. Prices are as published on the pricing page. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day full Growth-plan trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial your account moves to a read-only Starter state unless you subscribe.

Marketplace, delivery and caretaker roles

Business, delivery and caretaker accounts operate under these same terms. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfilment of orders and bookings. Delivery partners are responsible for the safe and timely handling of orders they accept. Caretakers act within the scope granted by the owner who invited them and must not exceed that access.

Prohibited use

You may not use Hubit to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Nigerian law. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Cosmostack LTD. a licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Hubit service. All platform software, brand assets, and content are the intellectual property of Cosmostack LTD.

Third-party services

Hubit integrates with Paystack, Termii, Cloudinary, Reloadly and other providers. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms. Cosmostack LTD. is not liable for outages or errors in third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Cosmostack LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in that period.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice. On termination you may export your data within 30 days; after that period data will be deleted per our retention policy.

Dispute resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004). Nigerian law governs.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
